Exquisite tasting King Salmon, farmed in the cold, clear waters of Akaroa Harbour in Canterbury. A family operation established over three decades ago, with an approach to hand-rearing salmon that prioritises the health and welfare of the salmon and the long-term protection of the environment.
 
Hot smoked tails and trimmings are a perfect addition to toss through a salad, add to a pizza or use to make canapes and nibbles such as salmon fish cakes. 500g.
 
Vacuum packed.  All orders are packed in a padded chill bag with ice packs whilst in transit to you.  Product has not been previously frozen.
